General information
The "Fundació Institut Catalŕ de Farmacologia" (FICF from now onward) is a nonprofit institution.
It is a WHO Collaborating Centre for Research and Training in Pharmacoepidemiology and it is
associated to the Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron and the Universitat Autňnoma de Barcelona.
Our institutional aim is to promote a healthy use of drugs as well as the effective and
efficient use of therapeutic interventions.

This site is owned and operated by FICF.
All contents in this website can be browsed for free.

permission as long as they are not commercial.

Sponsors and publicity
The FICF is linked to the Universitat Autňnoma de Barcelona, the Hospital Universitari
Vall d' Hebron and the Institut Catalŕ de la Salut.
Its financing depends on these institutions as well as on the Health Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya,
other public institutions, the WHO (World Health Organization) and other international institutions.
Contracts with private companies amount to less than 5% of the FICF's global budget. These contracts are not subject
to any kind of information restriction or confidentiality clause.
The FICF's site does not produce any promotional information nor does it admit marketing or commercial
contents or strategies.
